Brandon was awesome. He was attentive, patient, and very informative. He even included our youngest child in the process which really made our son's day. We switched from Home Team Pest Defense and could not be happier. Brandon did a very thorough job and was in and out in a flash. Brandon was a great tech. Explained everything he was doing - including how the rainy weather adjusts the protocol for treatment. We have a baby and a dog. He was willing to start his applications where we asked him to so that the baby's room (and attic overhead) would be clear for her naptime. And with the rainy day protocol, he made sure we knew to keep the dog inside for the appropriate amount of time - due to the use of a different outdoor treatment than on dry days. He was also considerate to make sure he had permission to access each of our rooms and closets. No complaints!

John Siebert is the best!! I had an issue with some yellow jackets that had gotten in my bathroom wall and John came out and took care of the situation efficiently and very professionally! I am so very pleased with the service we recieve from Truly Nolan. Our technician, Don, is such a pleasurable person. He shares his knowledge with us about infestation and what it takes to be thorough. We have never found him to be ‘rushed’ or in a hurry, and yet it doesn’t feel like he is ‘slow’. Clearly, he knows his business and we continue to look forward to Don’s visit to protect our home.

Brandon came out and was very helpful. We had a lot of ants in our back yard. The first treatment took care of most of them. 2 weeks later I called and Brandon came right back out within 24 hours for a second treatment which took care of the rest. Very satisfied!

I have tried a few pest control providers, but Truly Nolen truly surpass the competitors. Professionalism was exhibited from all personnel. My technician Dan DeMoss was truly kind and answered even the crazy questions I had with professionalism and patience. He also scheduled consecutive visits to ensure my problem was resolved unlike any prior experiences I have had. If there is ever a future need, I will definitely use them again!

Incidently while here, a giant cockroach somehow made it's way to my dining room and Don crawled under my dining table to find it and kindly remove it from my house.
